Return Policy

Returns

• If you are unsatisfied you may return your purchase from Carbon Tactics for refund within 21 days of the purchase as long as the item and package is in new condition. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges for an exchange. Submit an e-mail for return authorization to CarbonTactics@215Gear.com. Once an authorization is issued send the item to the address on the invoice. We will credit your credit card / PayPal account within 7 days of receipt of your return.
• Order cancellations are possible but not guaranteed. If you request a cancellation and internally it is too late,  please return the shipment and we will credit your card when the items is returned to us.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned with damaged packaging may be charged a repackaging/ restocking fee. Customer will need to pay return shipping charges for any exchanges.
• Our product warranty is null and void if any modifications are made to the piece of gear. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
• Custom/ special orders cannot be returned. 
• We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for cancelled or returned items.
